I have Trained in water, in fields, on dusty trails, climbed ropes, lifted rocks, and carried logs up mountains, I push aside my desire to quit, my thoughts of doubt, my pain, I push my body beyond its limits, to hone my skills, I have learned to overcome every challenge set before me, I have grown, Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally.
